In summer, there are extensive cycling and hiking trails as well as numerous grass sports facilities and several idyllic beer gardens. The beer gardens at the Chinese Tower, Seehaus, Hirschau and Aumeister, the Monopteros with its magnificent view of the city's towers and the Japanese Tea House, where tea ceremonies are held regularly, are particularly worth a visit.
